Target Information
USP48 단백질은 peptidase family C19 (ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolases family 2)에 속하며, 유비퀴틴의 C-말단 글리신에서 펩타이드 결합을 절단하는 탈유비퀴틴화 효소로 작용합니다.
이 효소들은 poly-ubiquitin 전구체 및 유비퀴틴화된 단백질의 가공에 관여합니다.
