• Reconstitution:
  Reconstitute with 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double-distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
  The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature.
  Upon arrival, store at -20°C. The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C, protected from light, for up to 1 week.
  For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
  Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

NOGO (RTN4R) is a receptor for RTN4, OMG, and MAG. Its signaling mediates activation of Rho and downstream reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton. NOGO also mediates axonal growth inhibition and may play a role in regulating axonal regeneration and plasticity in the adult central nervous system. Additionally, NOGO acts with RTN4 and LINGO1 to regulate neuronal precursor cell motility during cortical development.
