Target Information

NOGO (RTN4R) is a receptor for RTN4, OMG, and MAG. Its signaling mediates activation of Rho and downstream actin cytoskeleton reorganization. NOGO mediates axonal growth inhibition and may regulate axonal regeneration and plasticity in the adult CNS. It also acts with RTN4 and LINGO1 to regulate neuronal precursor cell motility during cortical development.
