Target Information
Phospholipase Cγ (PLCγ) 패밀리는 PLCγ1과 PLCγ2 두 가지 밀접한 단백질을 포함합니다. PLCγ 동형단백질은 핵심 구조 도메인과 추가적인 PH 도메인, 두 개의 SH2 도메인, 하나의 SH3 도메인을 포함하는 독특한 배열을 가집니다. 호르몬이나 성장인자 등의 세포외 자극에 의해 수용체 티로신 키나아제(RTK)가 PLCγ를 인산화하여 활성화합니다. 활성화된 PLCγ는 phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PIP2)를 가수분해하여 세포 내 신호전달 분자인 inositol 1,4,5-triphosphate (IP3)와 diacylglycerol (DAG)을 생성합니다.
