Target Information
STK32B (YANK2) is a serine/threonine protein kinase containing motifs for metal ion and nucleotide binding. The STK32B gene is highly conserved among species and has been associated with isolated cleft lip and palate, common human birth defects. LINE-1 mediated deletion of STK32B is observed in Ellis-van Creveld syndrome patients.
