Fibrinogen-like 1 (FGL1)은 fibrinogen 계열 단백질로, fibrinogen β 및 γ 소단위의 카복시 말단과 상동성을 가지며, fibrinogen 및 관련 단백질의 네 개의 보존된 cysteine 잔기를 포함합니다. 그러나 혈소판 결합 부위, 교차결합 영역 및 thrombin 민감 부위가 없어 fibrin 응고 형성에는 관여하지 않습니다. 이 단백질은 간세포암종의 발달에 관여할 수 있습니다.
