- In direct ELISAs, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse CD40 Ligand is observed.
- Less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human CD27 Ligand and CD30 Ligand is observed.

CD40 Ligand (CD40-L, CD154)은 T 세포 표면에 발현되는 막당단백질로, B 세포 증식 및 모든 면역글로불린 동형의 분비를 유도합니다. 또한 단핵구의 사이토카인 생산과 종양세포 살상활성을 촉진하며, 활성화된 T 세포의 공자극을 통해 IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-2 등의 생산을 유도합니다.
