Rat IgG2b, kappa 단일클론 항체는 동형 대조군 면역글로불린으로 유세포 분석에서 대조 항체로 사용됩니다.
이 항체는 정상 인간 말초혈액세포 및 마우스 비장세포를 대상으로 시험되었습니다.
실험 항체와 동일한 농도로 사용해야 합니다.
Alexa Fluor® 700은 723 nm에서 방출되며, 633 nm 적색 레이저로 여기됩니다.
대부분의 분석기는 685 LP 미러와 710/20 필터를 요구합니다.
해당 형광체 검출이 가능한 장비를 사용해야 합니다.
