Blimp-1 (B lymphocyte maturation protein-1)은 C-말단에 다섯 개의 zinc finger를 가진 핵 단백질로, 전사 억제 인자입니다. 이 단백질은 B 림프구 및 단핵구/대식세포의 최종 분화를 유도하는 데 필요하며, 상피세포, 망막 뉴런 등 다양한 세포 계통의 분화에도 관여합니다. 또한 IFN-beta 및 c-myc 유전자 발현 억제에도 관련되어 있습니다.
