Product Specific Information
The eBioV.7C7 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse endomucin, a 75 kDa type I integral membrane protein identified as an endothelial cell surface marker. Endomucin belongs to the sialomucin family with extensive O-linked glycosylation and is expressed on endothelial cells, except in high endothelial venules (HEV) of secondary lymphoid organs. It is also found on CD34⁺c-Kit⁺Sca-1⁺Lin⁻ hematopoietic progenitors capable of multilineage long-term reconstitution.
Applications Reported: Suitable for flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Tested on bEnd.3 cells. Recommended ≤1 µg/test (in 100 µL final volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test). Optimize concentration for best performance.
