For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

LNX1 (Ligand of Numb Protein X 1), also known as PDZRN2, is encoded by the LNX1 gene located on human chromosome 4.
It functions as an E3 ubiquitin ligase containing RING finger and PDZ domains, forming oligomers and interacting with target proteins such as JAM4 to create multiprotein complexes.
LNX1 binds to the NPXY motifs of Numb protein via its PTB domain, mediating ubiquitination of Numb, which prevents degradation of the Notch intracellular domain (NICD), thereby positively regulating the Notch signaling pathway.
