이 항체는 인간, 생쥐, 비인간 영장류에서 100% 서열 상동성을 기반으로 반응할 것으로 예측됩니다.
Western blot에서 rat brain lysate 내 약 100 kDa의 phospho-GluR1 (pSer845) 단백질을 검출합니다.
항원으로 사용된 인산화 펩타이드에 의해 면역표지가 차단되지만, 탈인산화 펩타이드로는 차단되지 않습니다.
Target Information
GluR1 (glutamate receptor 1)은 이온성 글루타메이트 수용체로, 중추신경계의 많은 시냅스에서 흥분성 신경전달물질인 L-glutamate에 의해 활성화됩니다.
L-glutamate 결합은 양이온 채널 개방을 유도하며, 화학 신호를 전기적 신호로 변환합니다. 이후 수용체는 빠르게 탈감작되어 일시적인 비활성 상태로 전환됩니다.
CACNG4, CACNG7, CACNG8과 함께 존재할 경우 GluR1은 다시 감작(resensitization)되어 지속적인 glutamate 자극 시 전류 흐름이 지연 축적되는 특성을 보입니다.
