For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional round of desalting (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ERp72 is an endoplasmic reticulum luminal protein that functions as both a stress protein and a member of the protein disulfide isomerase family. It shares sequence identity with PDI at three discrete regions and contains the ER retention signal KEEL at its C-terminus. ERp72 has three CGHC-containing active sites, critical for protein disulfide isomerization, indicating its role as a molecular chaperone.
