To use this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, perform another round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ERp72 is an endoplasmic reticulum luminal protein that functions as both a stress protein and a member of the protein disulfide isomerase family.
It shares sequence identity with PDI (protein disulphide isomerase) in three regions and contains the ER retention signal KEEL at its C-terminus.
ERp72 has three CGHC-containing active sites involved in protein disulphide isomerization, suggesting it functions as a molecular chaperone.
