Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ERp72 is an endoplasmic reticulum luminal protein that acts as both a stress protein and a member of the protein disulfide isomerase family. It shares sequence identity with PDI at three discrete regions and contains the ER retention signal KEEL at its C-terminus.
ERp72 has three CGHC-containing active sites, crucial for protein disulfide isomerization, indicating its role as a molecular chaperone and a member of the CGHC-containing protein family.
