Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ERp72 (PDIA4) is an endoplasmic reticulum luminal protein that functions as both a stress protein and a member of the protein disulfide isomerase (PDI) family.
It shares sequence identity with PDI at three discrete regions and contains the ER retention signal KEEL at its C-terminus.
ERp72 has three CGHC-containing active sites, critical for protein disulfide isomerization, and functions as a molecular chaperone.
