This antibody detects endogenous levels of KAT13A/SRC1 only when phosphorylated at Thr1179.
Target Information
Clone 1135 recognizes SRC-1 (steroid-receptor coactivator-1), a member of a gene family that functions in the full transcriptional activation of the steroid hormone receptor superfamily. SRC-1 contains intrinsic histone acetyltransferase activity, has a molecular weight of approximately 160 kDa, and includes a basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH)-PAS domain.
