Target Information
Mitofusin-2는 미토콘드리아 막 단백질로, 미토콘드리아 융합 및 네트워크 유지에 관여합니다. 혈관 평활근 세포 증식 조절에 영향을 주며, 비만 병태생리에 관련될 수 있습니다. MFN2 유전자 변이는 Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease type 2A2 및 hereditary motor and sensory neuropathy VI와 관련이 있습니다. 또한 조기 발병 뇌졸중과도 연관되어 있습니다. 두 가지 전사 변형체가 동일한 단백질을 암호화하는 것으로 확인되었습니다.
