Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning the specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
ERCC1 is a non-catalytic component of a structure-specific DNA repair endonuclease responsible for the 5′ incision during DNA repair. It functions with SLX4 in the first step of interstrand cross-link (ICL) repair and participates in processing anaphase bridge-generating DNA structures that can result in cytokinesis failure. ERCC1 is also required for homology-directed repair (HDR) of DNA double-strand breaks in conjunction with SLX4. (Source: Uniprot)
