Target Information
ITGB1 (Integrin Subunit Beta 1, CD29) 은 약 110 kDa의 세포막 당단백질로, 다양한 세포(특히 모든 백혈구)에 널리 발현됩니다.
ITGB1은 최소 6개의 다른 알파 사슬(alpha1–alpha6)과 비공유 결합된 이합체를 형성하여, 각기 다른 결합 특성을 갖는 β1(VLA) 인테그린을 구성합니다.
- 혈소판 및 다양한 세포의 세포 부착 분자로 작용
- 세포외 기질 단백질과의 결합에 관여
- 항암제 처리 시 종양 세포의 다약제 내성과 관련
- 백혈구의 혈류에서 조직으로의 이동 및 염증 반응 조절에 중요 역할
- 섬유연결단백질 및 type I collagen을 통한 사이토카인 분비 조절
- β1A와 β1D 두 주요 형태 존재: β1A는 대부분 조직에, β1D는 심장 및 골격근에 발현
