Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Semaphorins are neuronal chemorepellants guiding neuron development.
CD100 (Semaphorin 4D) is a 150 kDa homodimer that promotes B cell aggregation and survival in vitro.
It modulates CD40-CD40L signaling by enhancing B cell aggregation and reducing CD23 expression.
CD72 serves as a receptor for CD100, regulating B cell signaling.
CD100 is expressed on resting and PHA-stimulated T cells, weakly on NK cells, EBV-transformed B cells, monocytes, and tumor/peripheral blood T cell lines, and more strongly on activated T and B cells.
