Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Semaphorins are neuronal chemorepellents that guide neurons during nervous system development.
CD100 (Semaphorin 4D) is a 150 kDa homodimer that induces B cell aggregation and enhances viability in vitro.
It modulates CD40-CD40L signaling by promoting B cell aggregation and survival, and downregulating CD23 expression.
CD72 acts as a receptor for CD100, regulating B cell signaling.
CD100 is expressed on resting and activated T cells, weakly on NK cells, EBV-transformed B cells, monocytes, and tumor/peripheral blood T cell lines.
