For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
When using this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Semaphorins act as neuronal chemorepellents guiding neurons during nervous system development.
CD100 (SEMA4D) is a 150 kDa homodimeric semaphorin that promotes B cell aggregation and viability in vitro. It modulates CD40-CD40L B cell signaling, enhancing aggregation and survival while downregulating CD23 expression.
CD72 serves as a receptor for CD100, influencing B cell signaling regulation. CD100 is expressed on resting and PHA-stimulated T cells, weakly on NK cells, EBV-transformed B cells, monocytes, and certain tumor/peripheral blood T cell lines, with higher expression on activated T and B cells.
