For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Semaphorins are neuronal chemorepellants that guide pioneering neurons during nervous system development.
CD100 (Semaphorin 4D) is a 150 kDa homodimer that induces B cell aggregation and enhances viability in vitro.
It modulates CD40-CD40L B cell signaling by promoting aggregation and survival while downregulating CD23 expression.
CD72 acts as a lymphocyte receptor for CD100, involved in B cell signaling regulation.
CD100 is expressed on resting and PHA-stimulated T cells, weakly on NK cells, EBV-transformed B cells, monocytes, and tumor/peripheral blood T cell lines, and strongly on activated T and B cells.
