For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
O6-Methylguanine-DNA Methyltransferase (MGMT) is a DNA repair protein that contributes to tumor cell resistance against alkylating chemotherapeutic agents. It protects normal cells from genotoxic and carcinogenic effects of DNA alkylation by removing alkyl groups from the O6 position of guanine. MGMT expression levels vary by tissue, species, and tumor type.
