For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD20 is a non-glycosylated surface phosphoprotein with a molecular weight of 33–37 kDa, depending on phosphorylation level.
It is expressed on mature and most malignant B cells, a subset of T lymphocytes, and follicular dendritic cells.
CD20 expression parallels surface IgM expression and regulates calcium conductance, cell cycle progression, and B-cell proliferation.
It is associated with lipid rafts, with association intensity influenced by extracellular stimuli or BCR aggregation.
CD20 remains on the cell surface after receptor ligation and is not internalized or shed following monoclonal antibody treatment.
This makes CD20 a valuable therapeutic target for B-cell depletion in malignancies.
Diseases associated with CD20 dysfunction include MS4A1-related common variable immune deficiency.
