MA3-005는 사람, 양, 생쥐, 랫드 조직의 ET-1을 검출합니다. 이 항체는 관련 펩타이드에 대해 낮은 교차 반응성을 보이며, 비관련 펩타이드에는 반응하지 않습니다.
Western blot, Flow cytometry, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry, Radioimmune assay 등 다양한 실험에서 성공적으로 사용되었습니다.
인체 corpus cavernosum 조직의 내피세포 염색에서 ET-1의 면역조직화학적 염색이 확인되었습니다. Radioimmune assay에서는 혈청, 혈장, 우유, 소변 등 용액 내 ET-1 농축에 활용할 수 있습니다.
단, Western blot에서 인체 태반 조직이나 HepG2 세포에는 권장되지 않습니다.
Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded 조직 단면을 이용한 면역조직화학에도 사용 가능합니다.
MA3-005 항원은 정제된 인간 endothelin-1이며, 연구에 따르면 이 항체는 ET-1의 아미노산 8–16 영역에 해당하는 epitope에 결합합니다.
Target Information
이 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 프로테아제 절단을 통해 분비 펩타이드인 endothelin-1을 생성합니다. Endothelin-1은 강력한 혈관수축제로, 혈관 내피세포에서 생성되며 중추신경계에도 영향을 줄 수 있습니다.
두 가지 전사 변이체가 존재하며, 서로 다른 isoform을 암호화합니다.
