Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
NME4 is a protein kinase involved in transferring phosphate groups from ATP to substrate proteins, mediating signal transduction in eukaryotic cells. It plays a role in regulating metabolism, transcription, cell cycle progression, cytoskeletal organization, apoptosis, and differentiation.
The protein kinase family includes over 500 gene products and is classified into eight major groups based on catalytic domain sequences, including AGC kinases such as PKA, PKG, PKC, Akt, ARK, and RSK families.
