For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

NME4 is a protein kinase that transfers phosphate groups from ATP to substrate proteins. This phosphorylation process mediates signal transduction in eukaryotic cells, regulating metabolism, transcription, cell cycle progression, cytoskeletal organization, cell movement, apoptosis, and differentiation.
Protein kinases constitute one of the largest protein families in eukaryotes, with over 500 gene products, and are classified into eight major groups based on catalytic domain sequences. The AGC kinase group includes PKA, PKG, PKC, Akt, ARK, and RSK families.
