Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step.
Recommended product: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
Apolipoprotein H (APOH) is involved in lipoprotein metabolism, coagulation, and the generation of antiphospholipid autoantibodies.
APOH may serve as a cofactor for anionic phospholipid binding by antiphospholipid autoantibodies found in sera of patients with lupus and primary antiphospholipid syndrome, but is not required for reactivity of infection-associated antiphospholipid autoantibodies.
