For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

GFI1 is a nuclear zinc finger transcriptional repressor involved in hematopoiesis and inner ear development, and is implicated in lymphomagenesis.
GFI1 expression is regulated by the ubiquitin-proteasome system, and the Triad1 ubiquitin ligase interacts with its DNA-binding domain.
GFI1 represses transcription by binding directly to consensus DNA sequences in target gene promoters.
Deficiency of GFI1 causes neutropenia and accumulation of granulomonocytic precursor cells, resembling myelodysplastic syndrome in mice.
