IL-6은 monocytes, fibroblasts, endothelial cells 등 다양한 세포에서 생성되며, 면역 반응 및 염증 반응을 조절하는 주요 사이토카인입니다.
이 항체는 세포내 염색 후 유세포 분석(Flow Cytometry)에 사용되며, 5 µL (0.25 µg)/test로 사전 적정되어 있습니다.
Excitation: 488 nm / Emission: 520 nm (Blue Laser 사용).
제조 후 0.2 µm 필터로 여과 처리됨.
Target Information
IL-6은 염증 및 B 세포 성숙에 관여하는 사이토카인을 암호화하는 유전자입니다.
자가면역 질환 또는 감염 시 발열을 유도하며, 급성 및 만성 염증 부위에서 발현되어 염증 반응을 매개합니다.
