This antibody detects endogenous levels of PLK1 only when phosphorylated at Thr210.
Target Information
PLK1 (Polo-like kinase 1) is a serine/threonine kinase involved in cell mitosis and is considered a marker of cell proliferation. It plays a critical role in carcinogenesis. PLK1 phosphorylates multiple substrates including BORA, BUB1B/BUBR1, CCNB1, CDC25C, CEP55, and others, contributing to centrosome function and bipolar spindle assembly.
