Target Information
GSK3B is a proline-directed serine/threonine protein kinase involved in energy metabolism, neuronal cell development, and body pattern formation. It negatively regulates glucose homeostasis and participates in processes such as energy metabolism, inflammation, ER stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, and apoptosis.
GSK3B is a critical component of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, where its activity mediates β-catenin degradation, inhibiting Wnt signaling. It is also involved in Hedgehog, Notch, and insulin signaling pathways.
