Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CD50 (ICAM-3) is a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed by leukocytes. It acts as a counter-receptor for LFA-1 integrin and mediates interactions between T cells and antigen-presenting cells. ICAM-3 regulates LFA-1 affinity for ICAM-1, induces T cell activation and proliferation, and plays a crucial role in initiating immune responses. It also interacts with CD209 (DC-SIGN) on dendritic cells and macrophages, facilitating communication between dendritic cells and granulocytes.
