Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
DIRAS3 belongs to the ras superfamily and is expressed in normal ovarian and breast epithelial cells, but not in ovarian and breast cancers. It is an imprinted gene with monoallelic expression of the paternal allele, associated with growth suppression. This gene functions as a putative tumor suppressor, which is abrogated in ovarian and breast cancers.
