Target Information
LYVE1은 림프관벽의 주요 히알루로난(HA) 수용체로 확인된 단백질로, CD44 HA 수용체와 41%의 유사성을 지닌 322-아미노산 타입 I 막 단백질입니다.
LYVE1은 용해성 및 고정된 HA 모두에 결합하며, 림프관 내강면에서 HA와 공위치하며 혈관에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
따라서 LYVE1은 림프관 특이적 HA 수용체로서 림프관 표지자로 사용됩니다.
LYVE-1은 주로 림프관 내피세포에서 발현되며, 백혈구 및 종양세포의 림프절 이동 조절에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
림프관계는 면역세포가 항원을 인식하고 반응할 수 있는 독립적 환경을 제공하는 제2의 순환 시스템을 구성합니다.
LYVE1, PALE, VEGFR3, podoplanin 등이 림프관 내피 표지자로 알려져 있습니다.
LYVE1 이상은 Complete Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome과 관련이 있습니다.
