Product Specific Information
In Western blot, bands can be seen at approximately 75 kDa representing isoform 1 and at approximately 70 kDa representing isoform 2.
Suggested positive control: HEK293 postnuclear extracts, antigen standard for OS9 (transient overexpression lysate).
Target Information
OS9 is an ER glycoprotein located in the intralumenal level and is highly expressed in tumor tissue.
The OS9 gene is transcriptionally induced upon activation of the Ire1/Xbp1 ER-stress pathway.
