Product Specific Information
The eBio299Arm monoclonal antibody is used as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
- Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
- Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
- Fluorochrome Information: Super Bright 702 is a tandem dye excited with the violet laser (405 nm) and emits at 702 nm. Recommended filter: 710/50 bandpass.
- Staining Buffer Recommendation: When using multiple Super Bright dyes, use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401) to minimize polymer interactions.
- Light Sensitivity: Protect vial and samples from light.
- Fixation: Samples can be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333) for up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark.
- Laser Compatibility: Excitation 405 nm; Emission 702 nm; Violet Laser
