Reported Applications: Flow cytometric analysis
Tested Applications: 정상 인간 말초혈액세포 및 마우스 비장세포에서 Flow Cytometry로 테스트됨
Super Bright 702 특성: Violet laser (405 nm)로 여기되어 702 nm에서 방출되는 tandem dye로, 710/50 bandpass 필터 사용 권장
Staining Panel: 여러 Super Bright dye를 사용하는 경우, 비특이적 상호작용 최소화를 위해 Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401-42) 사용 권장
Light Sensitivity: 광산화에 민감하므로 시료 및 바이알을 빛으로부터 보호 필요
Fixation: IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222-49) 또는 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333-57) 사용 시, 4°C 암조건에서 최대 3일 보관 가능
