- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris + 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C에서 45분간 가열 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.

Human growth hormone (hGH)는 성장 조절에 중요한 역할을 하는 somatotropin/prolactin 계열 호르몬의 일원입니다.
GH1 유전자는 염색체 17의 성장호르몬 유전자군 내에 위치하며, 4개의 관련 유전자와 높은 서열 유사성을 가집니다.
대체 스플라이싱으로 약 19~24 kDa 크기의 5가지 isoform이 생성됩니다.
hGH는 뇌하수체의 somatotroph 세포에서 생성되며, cytokine receptor 계열의 수용체에 결합하여 작용합니다.
주요 기능은 간 및 기타 조직에서 IGF-1 분비를 유도하여 신체 성장, 근육 단백질 합성, 아미노산 흡수 및 세포 분화를 촉진하는 것입니다.
GH1 유전자 변이 또는 결실은 성장호르몬 결핍증 및 저신장을 유발할 수 있습니다.
