0.5 µg/mL의 PA5-77842는 10 µg의 rat kidney tissue lysate에서 aquaporin 1을 검출하기에 충분했습니다.
검출은 Goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP를 2차 항체로 사용한 colorimetric immunoblot 분석으로 수행되었습니다.
약 28.5 kDa 단백질을 검출하며, 약 35–50 kDa의 당화된 밴드도 검출될 수 있습니다.
Target Information
Aquaporin 1은 28 kDa의 integral membrane protein으로, 적혈구와 신장 근위세뇨관에서 처음 확인되었습니다.
AQP1은 맥락총(choroid plexus) 및 다양한 조직에서도 발현되며, 물 특이적 채널을 형성하여 세포막을 통한 수분 이동을 조절합니다.
이는 삼투압 구배에 따라 물이 이동하도록 허용하여 적혈구와 신장 근위세뇨관의 수분 투과성을 높입니다.
