검출은 Goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP를 2차 항체로 사용한 colorimetric immunoblot 분석으로 수행되었습니다.
약 31.5 kDa의 밴드를 검출하며, 약 35–50 kDa의 당화된 밴드도 검출될 수 있습니다.
