Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The NT3 protein belongs to the neurotrophin family, which regulates survival and differentiation of mammalian neurons. It is closely related to nerve growth factor and brain-derived neurotrophic factor. NT3 may contribute to neuronal development in embryos and maintenance of the adult nervous system. NTF3-deficient mice exhibit severe limb movement defects. The mature peptide sequence is conserved across mammals including human, pig, rat, and mouse.
