Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Noggin is involved in numerous developmental processes such as neural tube fusion and joint formation. Organ morphogenesis begins with epithelial stem cell downgrowth, regulated by WNT3A (stabilizing beta-catenin) and Noggin, a bone morphogenetic protein inhibitor.
Mutations in Noggin are associated with proximal symphalangism (SYM1) and multiple synostoses syndrome (SYNS1), characterized by multiple joint fusion defects.
