Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The NT3 protein (Neurotrophin-3) is a member of the neurotrophin family that regulates survival and differentiation of mammalian neurons. It is closely related to nerve growth factor (NGF) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF). NT3 may play roles in maintaining the adult nervous system and in embryonic neuronal development.
NTF3-deficient mice show severe limb movement defects. The mature peptide sequence is identical across mammals including human, pig, rat, and mouse.
