For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

ERp72 is an endoplasmic reticulum luminal protein that functions as both a stress protein and a member of the protein disulfide isomerase family.
It shares sequence identity with PDI in three regions and contains the ER retention signal KEEL at its C-terminus.
ERp72 has three CGHC-containing active sites, critical for protein disulfide isomerization, suggesting its role as a molecular chaperone.
