Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments with carrier-free antibody, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
USP10 (ubiquitin specific peptidase 10) is a member of the ubiquitin-specific protease family of cysteine proteases. It catalyzes the cleavage of ubiquitin from conjugated substrates such as p53/TP53, SNX3, and CFTR.
USP10 is identified as a subunit of DNA-bound androgen receptor (AR) complexes and may regulate AR activity. It also stabilizes p53/TP53 and functions as a tumor suppressor.
