Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Cell growth and viability are compromised by oxygen deprivation (hypoxia). Hypoxia-inducible factors (HIFs), including HIF-1α, HIF-1β (Arnt1), EPAS-1 (HIF-2α), and HIF-3α, play a key role in restoring oxygen homeostasis by inducing glycolysis, erythropoiesis, and angiogenesis.
These factors belong to the Per-Arnt-Sim (PAS) domain transcription factor family. Under hypoxic conditions, HIF-1α is upregulated and forms a heterodimer with Arnt1 to create the HIF-1 complex, which binds to the hypoxia responsive element (HRE) of target genes to activate transcription.
