Target Information

Nuclear factor kB p65 (NF-κB p65)는 인간의 RELA 유전자에 의해 암호화되어 있으며, 염색체 11에 위치합니다. NF-κB p65는 RelA로도 알려져 있으며, Rel 단백질 패밀리에 속합니다. 이는 NF-κB 복합체의 두 서브유닛 중 하나로, p50 또는 p52와 이합체를 형성합니다. TNF-α가 수용체에 결합하면 IKK를 인산화시키고, 이어서 IκB를 인산화하여 단백질 분해를 유도합니다. NF-κB p65는 성숙한 B-림프구에서 면역글로불린 κ 유전자의 전사 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
